Alas, it is not! It is a freebie pen from my uncle, who owns a scooter shop. However, it is a very nice freebie pen, and the logo is so very discreet that I actually had to stop and check that there was a logo.
Though: I really don't think I can be called organised. I wasn't organised enough to simply plan my essay on sheets of paper like most people. I had to write it all on scraps of paper and tape them to an armrest I nicked from the tv room.
