Lightning bolt of inspiration for my essay on Pedro Páramo. *shrieks delightedly* This is my swansong for Professor 'Stache's course, and if I play this right, he won't know what hit him.

I think this is the first time in my life that I am flailing because I have so much to do before I can start working.

I love being a Classicist. So when the question is like 'blah blah poetic engagement with love and death' I can be like WELL ACCORDING TO THE CLASSICAL AND ARCHAIC TRADITIONS THE DEFINITION OF POETRY WAS BROAD ENOUGH TO ENCOMPASS NARRATIVES THAT WE WOULD CLASSIFY AS PROSE AND BLAH BLAH BLAH.
