...Apparently my sister totally tried to nick my cousin-gifted €25 HMV voucher to add to her own. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD ONE UNTIL MUM WAS LIKE HAY, I FOUND THIS IN ISABELLE'S ROOM, LOL. I THOUGHT ALL I GOT WAS PYJAMAS. That's what you get when you go on a ski trip and leave evidence of your BLATANT THIEVERY lying around on your desk. And she still owes me €40 for buying Dad's Christmas present for her.

Anyway. HA. FOILED. And now I have a €25 HMV voucher. Thus: what do I buy, friendslist? With the caveat that I am not buying KHII until the summer (since to allow myself access to it whilst I actually need to get other things done would be supremely foolish), spam me with ideas. Otherwise I will just put it towards the S1 boxset of Rome.

Actually, I might do that anyway.

Ciarán Hinds can have imperium over me any day.

In other news, I just watched A Good Year, and whilst it is deeply unnerving to watch Russell Crowe lead a fast-paced, snappily-dressed, flash-bastard, fashionably-unlived-in-flat lifestyle in London, I liked it anyway. The ending was rather, as they say, naff, but still. It has Tom Hollander in it, and I love Tom Hollander. And I love Russell Crowe's face, and I love winespeak, and I love Provençal scenery. So, all in all, a win.

Go with Rome! The boxset is so pretty, and there are some (admittedly not very in-depth) features about the costuming and such which I think you would like.

I've not seen it. Damn dial-up! Is it good? Is it shiny? *vibrates with anticipation*
