Regular update to reassure the world of continued existence: power up!
Still feel as though moving through treacle. Thought processes a little more... cogent today, though still inclined to dissipate and sink away if I don't keep a firm hold on them. Some progress made on essay as result, but the words keep - sticking, somewhere between my brain and my fingers, and I can't really... I understand the notes I had written down, more or less, but I don't really get them. She doesn't comprehend, as it were. Will have to ask for extension regardless, but can at least hope Professor 'Stache won't drop my grade for lateness if I promise a note from doctor's appointment on Wednesday.
Was very excited about this essay, too. Most of all, kind of gutted that this is how time in Professor 'Stache's class ended.
Anyway. Muscles in stomach feel sort of weird today and yesterday. Like I'm wearing a too-tight corset, or like they're all sort of knotting up and calcifying. It's not painful or anything, just a little uncomfortable. Odd. Maybe whilst I'm floating around in a stupor, this is where all the displaced stress has gone.
