Urrrgh. It is so difficult to muster up the motivation to get out of bed and drag my sorry ass all the way into town for one 3pm lecture. Especially since - whilst I like the professor - he isn't exactly the most effective teacher in lecture-format lessons. Buuuuut I know I have to go, because I have missed far too many classes this past while simply from not being able to overcome the paralysing urge to hide in a corner. Also, there is a book I need to get out of the library. And if the copy that is marked as 'in' is mysteriously absent when I get there, there may be blood.

Blaaaar.

Blar, I feel the same about work today. So tired. So so tired.

Will you be around tonight? What time, if you are? I know I'll need a nap, so.

Hokay. It'll be hairy starting that late because I have the rapists for 500 in the morning but if I get a nap in I should be okay.

Maybe. I have about 17 slowtimes to do, though. And Jez asked me to fumble through some AU stuff with Cuthbert.

Hmmmmmmm.

I'll let you know after workies.

i skipped so many classes in college that i have a recurring nightmare that halfway through my final year exams and i realize i'm scheduled for an exam i don't recognize the name of, so i go to inquire what it is and find out it's a class i was supposed to take and had managed to skip for the entire year.

i wake up in knots *every* time.

...in other words, you probably shouldn't skip. i totally understand the desire, though.

Oh, I so hear you in the Dead-Tired Department. But they do say that some-very-large-percentage of Life is Showing Up. (Sit in the back and nap?)

I hear you, with respect to the paralytic thing. Maybe strive for self-motivation by promising yourself a coffee from a shop there, or something else that could be done in the area before or after the class itself? Small rewards are good incentive.
