God, god, I am so tired. Like, couldn't-sleep, up-at-5:30am, nodding-off-in-lectures tired. I tried the old standby of finding a quiet nook in the arts block and wedging myself into a corner for a nap, but this guy came and sat down opposite me and wouldn't go away. I kept trying to will him to leave so I could sleep without someone staring at me. Awkward. He didn't leave.
;_;
In addition, my adorable new shoes are a WORLD OF PAIN (no, I mean, my feet are bleeding a little), and I have to walk a million miles to my interview today.
And... I have an interview today. At which I have to be PERKY and PERSONABLE and ARTICULATE and convince the government that they want to hire me for the summer as a national heritage guide.
And I have a Spanish novel to read tonight for a presentation tomorrow. Yes, a whole one.
Ugggh.
Friday, I'm phoning up the National Museum again and refusing to hang up until I can talk to someone about the possibility of an internship. They can't stay out to lunch forever!

Am also having the wake-pre-crack-of-dawn problem, though obviously not the rest. Can you get a cab to your interview? As a small treat for self? You would look all freshened and relaxed. ;) Justification, ho.
Good luck, at any rate. Would you give tours and stuff? I want to take a guided tour from you! I would come up with a list ahead of time of really, really stupid questions. I feel Lucky Charms breakfast cereal should figure prominently. >:D
You still want the job, right?

Best of luck in the interview -- I'm sure you'll wow them!
(Don't fret about the Spanish novel until the interview is completed: one worry at a time!)
