GODDAMMIT, 3AM. Get out of my wake-up time.

Appointment with The Brain Man today, since have been having panic attacks. Not nearly so severe as I imagine the grand mal attacks suffered by those with actual panic disorder to be, but... on (far, far too) many occasions, bad enough for me to have needed to find an empty corner of the arts block and hide for an hour or two, rather than um. Go to class.

Found out exam dates, uh, yesterday at this point; just under a month away. But right now, given my attendance this term, I'm sort of more panicked, ha ha, about whether I'll even be allowed sit them.

Haven't posted about this before, because... thinking about it makes me panicky.

*facepalm*

I'm feeling fairly alarmed here.

That is not the best news ever, Sophie.

What can I do to take stress off you in this area of your life, in order to ease stress in other places as well?

They'll almost-certainly let you sit them; you've a valid excuse. Talk to the people. All will be well.

Oh, babe, I'm sorry that panic attacks are so bad.

Just remember we love you, and we care about you.

*bug hug*

if you wanna talk about anything, pop me an IM sometime. Seriously.

You have a legitimate reason for being absent, here, and you're taking steps to get through it. I should think there wouldn't be a problem with the exams; it's not as if you've just been skipping to slack off.

Still. I am hoping very much that the brain guy helps, because that sounds generally awful. *hugs* Do whatever you need to, if and when you know what that might be, to mitigate some of the stress you're feeling now, and if there's anything I can do you know I will gladly.
