Yep, so here I am.
Two laptops, one external hard drive, and one external dvd burner - it doesn't sound like all that much for an l33t dvd *cough* backing-up system, but I think I may actually die here in this tangled nest of wires. Luckily, I had the foresight to set it up on the father's currently-unoccupied double bed, cart up the lightest of the dvd players and hook it up to his tv, and bring along some Diet Coke, so I will at least die comfortable, caffeinated, and entertained.
Since, you know, if 'checking each *cough* backed-up disc as it finishes' isn't a sweet excuse for re-watching all of Rome S1, I don't know what is.
