I'm feeling a bit rotten after my birthday, and semi-internet-exile, etc. Therefore, I think everyone should remind me why their friends - and by extension, humanity - are wonderful. Dance for me, monkeys. Also, pimp this. Seriously. These things suck if nobody shows up.

Stalked Mr. Spike forever, but have never tagged. I fail at fangirling. Regardless! I love hearing her stories about managing adulthood and motherhood and just life. It's...hopeful, even if she might not agree with me.

I think I should start a list of people who intimidated me with their awesome and then turned out to be completely wonderful, friendly, sweet people once I actually spoke to them; Gwynne would definitely be at the top of that (rather long) list. Much love for Gwynne and her uncanny ability to make her characters feel like real people.

Debi is just utterly made of awesome. She's so bloody smart and makes brilliant posts about important issues and is eloquent and well-read and has opinions and cares about things. ...and then her next posts will be about pirates and comics and RP and real life randomness and other brilliant fun stuff. Not to mention she's hilarious and has amazing strength of character. Oh, and awesome taste in music too. Which is always a bonus. :)

Is made out of pure love and support. Anytime things got so bad, generally in RP where the badness was more obvious, she was right there, knowing I might not come to her with a problem and letting me know she was there anyway, just in case I wanted someone to drag it out of me. She's always been a willing ear and a supportive shoulder, not to mention a breathtakingly brilliant writer that has probably changed the way I view Mel Fray until the end of time. Not to mention bringing up all sorts of different things in her posts, neuroses and world events and gender issues and just this amazingly eclectic amount of information, all written competently and - for the most part - logically. And what isn't written logically really doesn't need to be.

Basically, I adore her. And it's well-deserved adoration.

She's the best thing that could've happened to me; a blast to hang with irl&online. She has a great sense of humor and... there's seriously nothing negative I can think to say about her. She makes my days really bright&happy; and always makes me manage to laugh. She makes everything seem alright when things seem bad and... whoever doesn't know her is really missing out ♥ I'm honestly happy to have met her. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it weren't for her.

Because meeting her was the one good thing that happened to me at Animaritime 2007. ♥ She's the dreck to my bitchy redheaded self! ♥ She's the Riku to my Roxas! She's the reason my inner masochistic self likes to arise and kick me in the ass repeatedly until I bend to its will.

She's like my long-lost sister. She also doesn't realize how truly awesome she is - I love her writing and her RPing and her art and she's an epic person! ILU~! ♥
