We are just coming to the end of the fifth week since we moved house. THIS MORNING, our replacement broadband package arrived: router, et al. Only to find, of course, that NewHouse is still not receiving the promised DSL signal.

Eircom has told us to expect an engineer in one to two weeks.

I think it's time to start getting people fired.
