OKAY. I am finished for the day, because I was up at 7 fucking am I'm awesome, so I am going to reward myself by, uh, asking you to reward me.

Thing: to counter-act walrusness, I have been hula-hooping! Having the natural grace and rhythm of a sack of potatoes, I am surpassingly shit at it, but it is fun. And a hell of a lot more energetic than you remember it being as a kid.

Unfortunate: I have an unspeakable horror of being seen exercising by anyone, ever, and since the only two places in the house with enough room to hoop are the kitchen and the tv room, I necessarily have to wait until the house is empty to do it.

Upside: this means I can play music as loud as I want!

SO YOU GUYS. I want you to rec me awesome dance-able/workout songs! I have a bunch already, but... well, you can never have too many, and I am sure one day I will get sick of listening to old school w-inds.

Hmm, of course I don't have my iPod on me...let's see. Off the top of my head, "Without Me" by Eminem, "Jump" by the Pointer Sisters, "Vogue" and "Express Yourself" by Madonna, "One Vision" by Queen, "Men in Black" by Will Smith, "Smooth" by Santana, and "Beer For My Horses" by Toby Keith are all on my workout playlist.

I have a playlist called 'Caffeine' which is awesome for this sort of thing. It's music I play when I'm driving a long distance and the road has started to swim. Are you looking for recs or uploads? I can burn a cd from the playlist, but the mail might turn on us again and deliver it sometime in May even if I mailed it tomorrow. But on the other hand, your computer might rebel against a d/l. What do you think?
