Short hair: I has it again! Of course, its beautiful, glossy salonitude was ruined the second I stepped outside into a STORM, but still. This is the a-line I wanted six months ago - or rather, it will be as soon as I and my array of Hair Products have had our way with it. And all it took was growing the whole thing out by several inches and then cutting the back up to the nape again. That, and making seriously I will cut you faces at the stylist when explaining that the front length was NOT TO BE TOUCHED.
Sigh.
I'll say it: I was tempted to leave the hair-cutting and get it done by someone trendy and competent in New York. But that would have meant walking around New York until I found a stylist with actual hair on the back of my actual neck and actually dying from the heat.
Tl;dr: omigod girly hair stuff.
