Pies! On the right, the finished product; on the left, one I thoughtfully made without the upper crust in order to illustrate the contents, and not because the box of puff pastry only had enough for 1.5 pies. Yes. Anyway. There's half a chicken split between those babies; the other half is now frozen in handily-precooked portion-sized amounts for a few evenings' worth of stir-fries/whatever. The week's evening meals: sorted.
