So! I saw Perfume: The Story of a Murderer. It was, um. Special. Particularly the ending. I just... I would love to meet the kind of person who wakes up in the middle of the night and goes "I've got it! I know what would be the perfect way to end this film!" and then... does that.

Anyway.

Really? When I read the book(same ending, says Wikipedia), I thought the ending was a cop-out. I can see how it's appropriate to the character, but it doesn't make for much of a story.

The ending didn't bother me nearly as much as the far-too-long orgy scene.
