So! I saw Perfume: The Story of a Murderer. It was, um. Special. Particularly the ending. I just... I would love to meet the kind of person who wakes up in the middle of the night and goes "I've got it! I know what would be the perfect way to end this film!" and then... does that.

Anyway.

I didn't mind the orgy -- in fact I really thought it was an amazing turn of events, because I thought the final perfume would cause envy and not ecstasy -- I just think it went on too long. It snippeth the strings of my disbelief.

As for visually amazing:

Stunning. There's really no other word for it. There were times when I was sure that I could smell things the movie was just showing me. And yes, I do realize how retarded that sounds.
